What Does a Top Chef Eat?

chefI saw this article in the Wall Street Journal’s Life and Culture section yesterday .  I love reading about Paleo in mainstream forums.  How interesting that one of Manhattan’s top Chef/Restauranteurs eats Paleo.  Working out 5 to 6 days a week just wasn’t doing it for him and despite what they are serving patrons in the restaurant, he mostly eschews it for his “wacky” Paleo diet.  Food for thought….

I also enjoyed the description of the yoga style he chose and how it helps him reduce stress and increase flexibility.  I started practicing yoga almost a year ago and love it.  It’s a wonderful way to slow down and clear your mind and is great for improving flexibility and balance for just about everyone.  Even billionaire hedge fund managers!
